Foot Reflexology — focuses on the foot reflex map. This is particularly effective for health conditions related to internal organs and for general relaxation/stress reduction.
Hand Reflexology — focuses on the hand reflex map. This is particularly effective for headaches and congested sinuses.
Ear Reflexology — focuses on the ear reflex map. This is particularly effective for health conditions related to the musculoskeletal system and for general relaxation/stress reduction.
Integrated Reflexology — works with all three reflex maps during the same session with a focus on support structures for all body functions. The client gets a higher percentage of relief per session and, as a result, gets better sooner.
Prioritized Reflexology — focuses on the priority of where to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd depending on what parts and functions of the body are adversely affecting a person.
